Judy Hung, V.M.D.
Dr. Hung and Homer
Dr. Hung grew up in Taiwan until the age of 7 when her family moved to the Northwest. She knew she wanted to become a veterinarian from that moment on as she transitioned from urban city life to being surrounded by pets and farm animals.
She received a double major from the University of Pennsylvania in Biology and Economics, and then continued on for 4 more years at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine for her veterinary medical doctor degree. Since graduation in 1997, Dr. Hung has focused on companion animal medicine. Her favorite aspect of being a veterinarian is the privilege to improve the human-animal bond with her knowledge and skills.
Her family includes her husband Lowell, daughter Alex, son Benji, calico named Mangey, grey tabby named Cato, and a shiba inu with a big underbite named Homer.
Brenda Kennedy, D.V.M.
Dr. Kennedy and Bamboo
Dr. Kennedy first developed her love of animals while growing up in a Michigan farming community. Her interest in the sciences led her to pursue a career as a research scientist, and she earned her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at Northwestern University, followed by a master’s degree in biology from MIT. Dr. Kennedy continued her research interests by working at a biotechnology company, but was drawn back to working with animals. She pursued her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian and graduated from Tufts University in 1998.
Since graduation Dr. Kennedy has worked as a small animal practitioner. She equally enjoys medicine and surgery and has a special interest in dentistry. More than anything else, she values having the time to interact one-on-one with animals and their families.
Dr. Kennedy resides in Redmond with her husband, two sons, two cats and one very large dog. She is very devoted to caring for animals beyond her work, and volunteers for Remote Area Medical, a non-profit organization that provides free medical services to disadvantaged people and animals globally.
Sally Tolliver, Licensed Veterinary Technician
(picture to come)

Sally knew from childhood that she wanted to work with animals, and so did all of her family and friends. She started her career when she was 16 years old working in a local veterinary hospital as a kennel assistant. She went on to work at The Humane Society, where she learned many aspects of animal behavior and training. While working at The Humane Society, she earned her degree in Animal Technology and graduated from Pierce College in 1996. Ever since graduating, Sally has been busy working either in general practices, or in animal shelters helping to provide low cost spay/neuter services. She feels very fortunate to have worked with so many wonderful people over the years in so many aspects of animal care, and looks forward to many more years of doing what she loves.
Sally’s other interests include reading, gardening, home improvement projects, spending time with her husband, cat Turbo, and her little dog Mickey. Currently, she is working at her hardest job but most fulfilling job ever...being a mom to baby Samantha who was born in May 2007.
Mary Fix-Hofilena, Licensed Veterinary Technician

Tracy Hall, Client Services Coordinator
As a child, Tracy grew up in Portsmouth, England around a variety of animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and a duck named Waddles. She always knew she wanted to spend her life working with animals. She initially worked at a riding school as a trainee instructor and also took care of the horses. She bought her own horse and brought him with her when she moved to the States with her husband Mike and 3 children (Kevin, Lisa and Gemma) over six years ago. They also brought their three cats: Daisy, Sheara, and Spooks. While searching for a veterinarian in Bellevue, Tracy met Drs. Hung and Kennedy and is glad she did!
Tracy now owns 2 horses, 2 dogs (Amy and Ozzie), 4 cats (Sheara, Daisy, Duncan and Douglas), 1 rabbit (Sayla) and a corn snake named Scraster. You never know what she might add to her household next!
